DDLG
Daddy Dom / Little Girl · DDlg
DDLG stands for Daddy Dom / Little Girl — one of the best-known caregiver/little (CGL) dynamics. One partner takes a loving, guiding “Daddy” role and the other settles into a younger, cared-for headspace. Despite the name, it’s about care and dynamic, not family, and it’s strictly between consenting adults.
DDLG, MDLB and the CGL family
DDLG is one label under the CGL (Caregiver/Little) umbrella. Its siblings are MDLB (Mommy Dom/Little Boy), MDLG and DDLB — same warm idea, different pairings. Many people prefer the neutral “Caregiver” and “Little.”
Is DDLG sexual?
It can be, for some, and is entirely non-sexual comfort for others (sometimes flagged CGLRE for the SFW age-regression side). Both ends are valid. What matters is consent and what feels right for you.
“Daddy” isn’t about family
The word is a role title for a nurturing, protective partner — nothing to do with real relatives. If it doesn’t sit right, “Caregiver” works just as well.
Common questions
What does DDLG mean?
Daddy Dom / Little Girl — a caregiver/little dynamic where one partner nurtures and guides (“Daddy”) and the other relaxes into a cared-for “little” headspace.
Is DDLG the same as ABDL?
They overlap but differ. DDLG describes the caregiver/little relationship; ABDL leans toward the little/baby and diaper elements. Many people are into both.
