Little Space
being a little
Little space is the name for the headspace a “little” slips into when they let go of adult worries and feel young again. It can be giggly and playful, quiet and sleepy, or anywhere in between — and it’s often described as one of the most relaxing, safe feelings there is.
What a “little” is
A little is simply someone who enjoys spending time in that younger headspace. Some are very small and non-verbal in little space; others are chatty toddlers or cheeky kids. Your little is uniquely yours.
Why it’s so soothing
Regression can quiet anxiety, ease burnout and create a sense of being cared for. Many people describe coming out of little space feeling reset and lighter — which is why it’s often a genuine form of self-care.
Common questions
Is little space always about diapers?
No. Some littles are into diapers, many aren’t. Little space is about the headspace, not any one prop.
Do you need a caregiver to be a little?
No — plenty of littles are solo or “independent”. A caregiver can add to it, but isn’t required.
