Little Age
regression age · headspace age
Your “little age” is the age (or range) your headspace naturally settles into when you slip into little space — anywhere from baby to older child. It isn’t something you have to decide on purpose; for most people it’s something they simply notice.
It’s a feeling, not a rule
Some people are consistently one age; others shift across a range depending on mood, stress or the day. A tiny, non-verbal baby space and a chatty older-kid space can live in the same person. All of it is valid.
Little, middle and beyond
Baby/toddler headspaces are often called “little,” while older-child or tween headspaces are often called “middle.” The labels are just handy shorthand — your comfortable age is yours to define.
Common questions
How do I know my little age?
You usually notice rather than decide — pay attention to how young your headspace feels, and what comforts and interests come naturally. It can be a single age or a range.
Can my little age change?
Yes. Many people move across a range depending on mood or the day. There’s no fixed rule — follow what feels comfortable.
